The company came later. The roofing experience came first.

Michael Luna learned roofing from his father and built more than two decades of experience in the trade before Milan’s Roofing became the company homeowners know today. Years of subcontracting and travel shaped the technical side of the work; family shaped the decision to build the business differently.

That means direct involvement, honest explanations, and recommendations based on what actually makes sense for the home — especially when a long-life metal system is the better investment.
